V-MALAYSIA 2027 PACKAGE POLICIES & TERMS 👇
1. Payment Method
All payments for the V-Malaysia 2027 package must be made exclusively through digital currency (USDT) using the payment instructions provided by the Organizer.
2. Agreement
By placing an order and making an advance or full payment for the V-Malaysia 2027 package, the Buyer/Attendee acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
The agreement is considered effective from the date the order is placed and payment is received, between the Buyer/Attendee and the Organizer of the V-Malaysia 2027 package.
3. Exclusions
The package price does not include:
- International or domestic flights to or from Malaysia.
- Personal food and beverage expenses during the trip.
- Personal expenses, shopping, or other activities not specifically included in the package.
- Any other expenses expressly identified by the Organizer as excluded from the package.
Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for all excluded expenses.
4. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
All payments made toward the V-Malaysia 2027 package are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a payment has been made, the package cannot be cancelled for a cash refund or transferred to another person.
5. Extension / Rollover Policy
If an Attendee has made an advance payment or full payment for V-Malaysia 2027 but is unable to attend the event, the amount paid may be extended to a future V-Con event, subject to the conditions below.
The unused amount may be applied toward:
- V-Malaysia 2028, or
- Another eligible regional V-Convention taking place before V-Malaysia 2028.
The Attendee must notify the Organizer of their intention to use the extension and comply with any applicable deadlines or requirements communicated by the Organizer.
6. Failure to Attend the Extended Event
If an Attendee does not attend the next V-Malaysia event after exercising the extension option, the amount previously paid will be considered forfeited and will not be refundable, transferable, or eligible for further extension, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organizer.
7. Package Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodation, activities, transportation arrangements, or schedule when necessary due to availability, operational requirements, weather, government regulations, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.
Any significant changes will be communicated to the Attendees as appropriate.
